This policy explains how Tongjing Technology Co., Ltd. ("we") handles information when you visit tongjing.co, use the "Ask AI" chat on the site, or contact us by email. Data processed inside the TJagent product is governed by the service agreement between us and our customers.
Information we process
- Browsing: the site does not set cookies. Your browser stores two settings on your device: the page language you chose manually, and the AI chat in the current tab, which is cleared when the tab is closed.
- Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views, referring sites, country or region, browser type and page load speed. It does not use cookies or track individuals across sites.
- Server logs: for security and troubleshooting, the server records the time of the request, IP address, page visited and browser identifier.
- AI chat: the messages you send, the AI replies, your country or region as derived from your IP address, and a one-way hashed visitor identifier. We do not store your raw IP address.
- Contact details: any email address, phone or WhatsApp number you share in the chat, and information you provide when you email us.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and arrange a product demo or partnership discussion.
- When a conversation involves pricing or partnership, or you share contact details, the conversation is forwarded by email to the responsible colleague.
- To understand site traffic and improve the website and the quality of AI answers.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure, for example by limiting how often one visitor can send questions.
We do not use your information for advertising and we do not sell it.
Service providers
The following providers process information only to deliver their services to us:
- Cloudflare: content delivery, security and visit statistics.
- AI model service: messages you send in the AI chat are submitted to an AI model service to generate replies.
- Email delivery service: forwards qualified conversations to our team.
Where data is stored
The website server is located in Tokyo, Japan. Cloudflare, the AI model service and the email delivery service may also process information outside your country.
Retention
- AI chat conversations: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Server logs: 14 days, then deleted automatically.
- Conversations forwarded to our team and information you email us: kept for as long as needed for the discussion or partnership.
- Settings stored in your browser: kept by your browser and can be cleared at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, or withdraw contact details you shared. Email [email protected] with the approximate time of your chat so we can locate the record. We will handle the request promptly after verification.
Children
This website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
