Five platforms, one place to publish and reply
Connect Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn in one workspace and publish or schedule to all of them from a single upload. Narrate videos with a clone of the owner’s voice, handle DMs in one inbox with AI replies, and decide what to film next from competitor tracking and content trends.
What a social media tool for exporters does
A social media tool brings accounts from several platforms into one workspace: one place to publish and schedule, answer DMs and review performance. For exporters, it addresses accounts spread across platforms with different rules and nobody assigned to keep them active.
TJagent supports Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, organized in account groups, usually one per team member or brand. Every post is checked against each platform’s length, caption and aspect-ratio limits before it goes out.
How multi-platform publishing works
- 01
Connect accounts

- 02
Upload content
Upload the finished video or images, write the caption and choose the accounts
- 03
Automatic checks
Length, caption and aspect-ratio limits are checked per platform, with problems flagged in red
- 04
Publish or schedule
Publish now or schedule in Beijing time
- 05
Review results
See account performance, competitor activity and content trends, then generate the next ideas
Social media capabilities
- Multi-platform publishing
- Upload once and publish or schedule to several platforms by account group. Cancel scheduled posts or retry failed ones from the schedule log.
- Voice cloning
- Upload a clear recording of at least 30 seconds, write the script and get the voice-over in about 40 seconds, exported as MP3 or WAV.
- AI replies to DMs
- Facebook and Instagram DMs are answered by AI with the same hand-off rules as WhatsApp customer service.
- Social analytics
- Followers, posts, reach and views, engagement rate and top posts for every account, with member comparisons for admins.
- Competitor tracking
- Track up to 10 competitor pages per person per platform, refreshed every 3 days, with comments on viral posts collected and buyer questions flagged.
- AI content ideas
- Idea cards built from your data and competitors’: rationale, what to film, caption and hashtags, and the suggested posting time.
Who it is for
- Exporters with accounts on several platforms that nobody keeps updated
- Factories where the owner appears on camera or narrates, aiming to produce content at scale
- Teams that manage accounts separately by member or brand

FAQ
What permissions are needed to connect accounts?
Facebook: admin of the Page. Instagram: a professional (business or creator) account linked to a Facebook Page. TikTok: account login. YouTube: the Google account that owns the channel. LinkedIn: a personal profile or a company page admin.
What does each platform support?
Facebook and Instagram: publishing, DMs and analytics. TikTok: publishing and analytics, with DMs receive-only. YouTube and LinkedIn: publishing and analytics, with no messaging API.
Can we schedule posts?
Yes. Publish now or schedule in Beijing time, then track each post in the schedule log (pending, awaiting confirmation, published, partly published, failed), where you can cancel a schedule or retry a failed post.
Can we edit videos in the workspace?
The publishing page does not edit video. Edit, add logos and subtitles in an editor such as CapCut, then upload the finished file. Each file can be up to 95 MB.
Are text-only posts supported?
None of the platforms accept text-only posts, so add images or video. Vertical 9:16 is recommended for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
How does voice cloning work?
Upload a clear recording of at least 30 seconds, which stays valid after the first upload. Write the script and the voice-over is ready in about 40 seconds, exported as MP3 or WAV for your video editor.
How are LinkedIn and YouTube messages handled?
Neither platform offers a messaging API. The inbox opens LinkedIn messages and YouTube Studio comments inside the workspace, which requires the TJagent social browser extension and a signed-in session in that browser.
Can team members see each other’s accounts?
Members see only the account groups, posts and competitor tracking they are responsible for. The main account sees the whole company and can compare members.
